Do you also work with React or other frameworks?
My focus and recommendation is the Vue ecosystem — that is where I am fastest and deliver the highest quality. I take over existing projects in other frameworks by arrangement.

Yes. Code review and an honest status report first, then a plan: what is worth refactoring, what should be rebuilt.
