Hi, I'm André. For eight years I've been building websites and shops — as a Frontend Engineer at Germany's largest e-commerce platform by day, and as a freelancer for companies that want a reliable partner.
No agency pipeline, no middle layer. Design, frontend, backend, SEO, hosting — I do it all myself. Which means shorter loops, transparent communication, and decisions that actually fit the project.

Crypto banking that thinks in four languages.
End-to-end web presence for the Swiss crypto and IBAN platform by GreatIdee AG (Zug). Multi-locale in DE, EN, FR and IT with App Store CTAs as the central conversion path, on top of a regulation-heavy content stack (SO-FIT, upcoming MiCA, AML/KYC). A custom WordPress theme — no page builder — paired with ACF Flexible Content delivers a block library that the client rearranges via drag-and-drop and reuses across pages. Ongoing technical maintenance and iteration since launch in 2024.

Courses, access, commissions — a learning platform that runs itself.
Online learning platform for premium courses (e-commerce, dropshipping, AI, social media, UGC). Sales run through Digistore24 — which offers no interface for automatic course provisioning or a multi-tier partner commission model. So the entire integration layer was built from scratch: a WordPress REST webhook receives every Digistore event (purchase, refund, chargeback), creates accounts, unlocks the right MasterStudy courses, books affiliate commissions across multiple tiers, and sends the matching emails — idempotent, with automatic clawback on refund. Plus custom admin tools for commission rates and email management.

A beauty studio that runs its own website end-to-end.
Beauty institute in Oldenburg, part of the Augusta-Praxis family. Custom WordPress theme on Underscores instead of a page builder — but with page-builder convenience via ACF Flexible Content: 16 reusable section types the studio team combines, reorders, and fills with content themselves. Dynamic theming via ACF Options Pages, custom contact form handler with hCaptcha. Live since 2023, ongoing maintenance.

A liposuction institute in two languages — same theme, new context.
Liposuction and lipedema institute in Oldenburg, part of the Augusta-Praxis family. Built on the same custom-theme foundation as augustabeauty.de — with three targeted extensions for the clinical context: accordion block added, DE/EN multilingual layer in the header, clinical branding toggled via ACF Options Pages. Shows the theme platform grows with the client rather than staying frozen.

Where Elementor was enough — and where the platform story began.
Tattoo-laser and PMU-removal centre in Oldenburg, the first web identity of the Augusta-Praxis group. Deliberately built on Hello Elementor + Elementor Pro: narrow scope, focused landing page, time-to-launch was the priority. The experience with Elementor's performance footprint and design limits shaped the move to a custom theme for the group's next projects (Augusta Beauty, Lipold).

Frequent questions
How do payments work?
Usually 100 % up front. For larger projects, 50 / 50 on request — half to start, half at launch. Invoiced with short payment terms, by bank transfer.
Do we have to get on a call?
No. If you'd like, we'll hop on a quick call — but email works just as well. Whatever suits you.
How long does a project take?
Very flexible — from a few days to a few weeks, depending on scope, payment and my availability. With a clear scope and some urgency, overnight is possible too. Exact timeline after a quick chat.
Do you work with AI?
Yes, throughout. AI is a core part of my workflow — from research to code to testing. It makes me faster and therefore cheaper, with no compromise on quality, security or maintainability. I review and own the code myself.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Once paid, everything is yours — code, design, content. No vendor lock-in, no forced subscription. Host and maintain it yourself, or keep me on.
What's not included?
Domain and hosting fees, licenses for premium plugins or stock photography, and ongoing maintenance after the included support window.
What happens after launch?
Some support included depending on the project. After that, an optional maintenance retainer or hourly billing — whatever you need.
